The Keynote Speakers
Jennet Siebrits, Executive Director, Head of UK Research at CBRE
Jennet is an Executive Director at CBRE. She is a housing market economist with over twenty years experience. Jen has led CBRE’s residential research team since setting it up 13 years ago. She oversees all residential analysis, research, consultancy and publications. She has acted as a consultant for a large number of public and private sector clients, undertaking a variety of bespoke projects.
She is currently head of UK research, with a focus is on the big issues in the real estate world; identifying trends, analysing the market, and providing clients with unrivalled insight and ideas. Jen regularly produces bespoke reports for clients that help inform their strategic decision making process. In addition, she produces a wide ranging programme of thought leadership looking at issues such as placemaking, premium pricing and the impact of regeneration. Jen spends a significant amount of time presenting to client (developer and buyers) to keep them up to date with local market developments.
Lawrence Bowles, director, Residential Research, Savills
Lawrence provides market intelligence and strategy advice to internal and external clients, as well as contributing to Savills house price and rental forecasts.
External clients include investors, national and local government, property management companies and housing associations. Recent projects include calculating the impact of transport improvements on land value uplift, identifying development sites for build to rent and retirement housing developers, and reviewing development capacity and values across public land in Manchester.
Before joining Savills in 2014, Lawrence worked at a strategy consultancy advising companies in the real estate, construction, and logistics sectors.
